What happens when an idea becomes too big to be contained? It breaks the mold and steps out into the world. This octopus transforms the concept of a “limit” into a starting point.

The painted subject extends beyond the conventional edges of the canvas: the curved tentacles continue into real space in the form of finely crafted extensions, creating a magnetic interplay where painting and matter chase and merge with one another. The image becomes real; the illusion becomes substance to be brushed by your fingertips.
