At first glance, you spot the silhouette of a pear, but as you step closer, you discover it is made of unique fragments: slices of different fruits, varied colors, distant flavors and textures. It is the perfect metaphor for each and every one of us. We are not made of a single, linear substance; we are the sum of so many different experiences, encounters, emotions, and shades. There is the red of passion, the green of hope, the orange of energy, and the yellow of light—seemingly dissimilar pieces that, stacked upon one another with patience and care, manage to find a perfect balance.
