Beyond the Edge of the Sky

A visual illusion that defies the laws of logic and destabilizes the mind: are we immersed in the silence of the seabed, or am I looking upward, where goldfish float weightlessly through the air? The white calla lilies, pure and solemn, rise toward the unknown, surrounded by suspended bubbles. The boundaries between above and below, between land and water, are erased in a plunge into a dimension where the impossible becomes harmony.

We are accustomed to categorizing everything: above and below, right and wrong, duty and desire—yet the human soul inhabits territories where logic holds no power.

The goldfish are our most intimate thoughts, sudden dreams, flashes of passion that we cannot (and must not) rein in.

The calla lilies represent our search for purity, for stability—the roots we try to keep grounded while everything around us is in motion.

How many times have you felt like these goldfish? Creatures born for one element, water, that find themselves flying in open spaces, defying the gravity of everyday life. How many times have you experienced that strange sensation of being “out of place,” only to realize that it was precisely within that apparent disorder that you were finding your true beauty?

It does not matter whether you feel submerged in the depths of the sea or suspended in the emptiness of the air: accept the paradox, breathe into the uncertainty, and remember that you can flourish anywhere, even where no one would ever expect it, simply by letting your inner worlds meet without fear.
